Mondays and Fridays


North Aquatic Center

Strengthen your body using barbells, dumbbells and balance balls.  This class will accommodate a wide range of fitness levels with the goal of improving overall muscular strength and endurance.  The workout will include moving your joints through a range of motion with controlled and concentrated effort.  You will finish feeling stronger and rejuvenated!



Tuesdays and Thursdays


North Aquatic Center

This is a great way to prevent injuries and enhance your health ~ stretching your muscles improves flexibility, balance, and coordination. Yoga lowers your blood pressure and heart rate to help prevent stroke. Lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels, improve immune system function and receive an anti-oxidant effect on your body, too. You might find relief for symptoms of arthritis, back pain, and asthma. Yoga helps  prevent damage to your brain by lowering stress hormones so you can relax your mind and body. You are likely to experience sharper concentration, mental focus, and memory. When they attend yoga classes, many people feel happier, and their contentment increases, improving relationships at home and at work.
